Hardware

Our two-photon microscopes are custom built in-house and based on the open-access design of the Modular In vivo Multiphoton Microscopy System (MIMMS) from Howard Hughes Medical Institute Janelia Research Campus.

Laser-scanning microscopes are controlled with ScanImage.
Electrophysiology utilizes the Ephus package.
